Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting a tiny, family-run business.  Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Shipping is included - always

The price you see is the price you pay - no surprise postage costs at checkout, no minimum spend, no matter how many items you buy.

Made to order

Every Quinn's Creations item is printed to order especially for you.  Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order ships.  

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.  As a guide, please allow around 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.  Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not when the order is placed, and can vary with your location during peak periods. 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please get in touch at admin@quinnscreations.biz and we'll help track it down.  We're a tiny family business and we genuinely want every order to arrive safely.
