Refund policy

We want you (and your little ones) to love every piece.  Because each item is printed just for you, here's how returns work. 

Made to order

Every Quinn's Creations item is printed to order especially for you - we don't hold a warehouse of pre-made stock.  Because of this, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an order is placed.  It keeps waste down and lets us offer Quinn's full range without minimum runs.

Getting the right size the first time

Since we can't offer size swaps, please check our size guide on each product page before ordering - it lists Australian kids' ages and heights for every size.  If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we'll happily help you choose.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

We stand behind every order.  If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or it's not what you ordered, we'll replace it free or give you a full refund - no need to send anything back.  

  1. Email us at admin@quinnscreations.biz within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Include a quick photo of the issue so we can sort it fast.
  3. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund - your choice.  

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.  Since every order ships free, your refund covers the full amount you paid. 

Your rights

Australian Consumer Law: you always have rights to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.  Nothing in this policy limits those rights - our made-to-order policy only applies to change-of-mind and incorrect size returns.
